FAQs

What areas do you service?

We currently serve the city of Rochester, and surrounding areas. That includes Greece, Brighton, Irondequoit, Chili, Henrietta, Hilton, Webster, Penfield, East Rochester, Brockport, and Albion. If you’re unsure if you’re in our area, feel free to contact us!

Do you offer service for both residential and commercial properties?

Yes, we handle a variety of tasks for both homes and businesses — from move-in cleaning to furniture staging.

How do I get started?

Just fill out our contact form. We’ll reach out to schedule a free on-site consultation, if necessary, and discuss your needs in detail.

How does the payment process work?

After submitting your service request, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation and be able to schedule a free on-site consultation (for services that require one, like painting, lawn care, cleanouts, or window boarding). After the consultation, we’ll email you a formal quote along with a contract. A 25% deposit is required via Square to proceed with scheduling the work, and the remaining balance is due immediately upon completion.

For simpler services like lock changes or other smaller tasks, a contract will be emailed to you, but no deposit is required—just full payment after the job is finished. All invoices can be paid through Square using accepted methods including debit/credit card, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.

Do I need to be present during the service? How should I prepare the area?

We do not typically require clients to be present during the service, as long as we have secure access to the property and clear instructions in advance. However, we do ask that someone be present for:

On-site consultations

Initial property access: if no lockbox or key arrangement is in place

Services involving custom placement or staging: if preferences haven’t already been communicated clearly

For standard tasks like lawn care, trash removal, cleaning, lock changes, or window boarding, we’re happy to complete the job while you’re away—provided access has been arranged.

If you choose to be present, you’re welcome to do so—just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

To help your service run smoothly, please make sure the area is ready before our arrival. That includes:

– Removing personal items or furniture from the workspace

– Clearing any trash, clutter, or obstructions that may block access

– Securing pets and valuables

– Ensuring we have access to the property and any necessary utilities

Failure to provide access or a prepared area may result in a rescheduling fee.
